With the GreenBBQ grill attachment you can prepare all this even healthier and smoke-free. The attachment is not only suitable for grilling on charcoal grills, but can also be a real enrichment for gas and electric grills.
The principle of the grill attachment is simple. Due to the angle of inclination, the escaping grease no longer simply drips down, but runs along the grill grate into the collecting trays. This largely prevents the formation of smoke and harmful substances that can be produced when the fat is burned.
Besides health, enjoyment while eating is particularly important. Do not compromise on taste with this grill attachment. The food becomes just as juicy and crisp as on the grill grid, but gets less soot, which falsifies the taste. Since almost no fat drips into the embers, there are also fewer jet flames that can burn the meat.
After every barbecue evening comes the unloved tidying up and cleaning. The grill grid and the GreenBBQ drip trays can be easily cleaned by hand or in the dishwasher. Patented grill attachment - ingenious yet so simple!
The patented Dr. Zhang´s GreenBBQ barbecue attachment is the solution for many problems that can occur when grilling. Due to the 15° inclination of the grill grate, gravity and adhesive forces can interact. The adhesion causes the fat to adhere to the individual bars of the griddle, which is then moved downwards into the fat pans by gravity. In this way, up to 95% of the escaping fat is collected! With this grill grid a healthier, almost smoke-free preparation of the grill property succeeds. The grate guides the escaping fat into lateral collecting troughs and thus prevents meat fat from dripping and burning into the glowing grill coal. So wait and see how much fat escapes from the meat and collects in the collection containers.
Healthier grilling due to 95% less smoke and fat burning
Because 95% of the fat is collected in the enamel-coated fat pans, fat burning can be virtually eliminated. The smoke development is also significantly reduced and since almost no fat burns, the formation of carcinogenic PAHs (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons) and HAA (heterocyclic aromatic amines) is reduced by up to 95%.
Versatile use for grills with charcoal, gas and electricity
The grill attachment is suitable for any charcoal grill and gas grill that has a round grill surface of at least ø 44 centimetres or a square / rectangular surface of at least 31x31 centimetres. The grill surface of the GreenBBQ measures 265 x 285 millimetres and is made of chrome steel. The side guards are also made of round bars and serve to keep the grilled meat on the grill. For example, several grill sausages or steaks can be placed side by side on the grid and nothing slips down.
