King Spring/Bending Barbell
With the included king´s spring you train more varied than you think. The bending dumbbell can be used to perform many different exercises for the arm, chest and shoulder muscles as well as for the thigh and abdominal muscles. The high training resistance of 40 kilograms ensures high effectiveness. Ergonomically shaped handles provide a firm hold.

A bending barbell is a large and stable spring with two handles. To train with the king´s feather, you have to grab the ends of the handles and ´´bend´´ the feather. It is hardly to be found in normal fitness studios, but it can be found in the fitness cellars of some experienced athletes.
