Strength training with different weights and balls is very versatile and therefore ideal for training in the back, shoulder, abdominal, chest, leg and buttocks. It offers the possibility to carry out light exercises such as rehabilitation exercises or to support strong muscle build-up by means of different weights.
The Balance Board from Carnegie is the perfect training partner for an effective workout. It doesn´t matter where you train - whether in the gym, outdoors or in your own living room. The board is not only suitable for the build-up training of various muscle groups, but can also be optimally used for rehabilitation and therapy sports.
Due to the processing of hardwood and tear-resistant plastic with granulate filling, the board is robust and the balls offer a non-slip surface for holding. In addition, the surface of the balls is soft and abrasion-resistant. The 60 cm long expanders allow further strengthening exercises for arms, shoulders and upper body. They are hooked onto the ball holder by means of a karabiner.
Whether you are already a fitness professional or would like to start slowly, the fitness balls and resistance are equally suitable for every training level. The balls can be dismantled by means of the fixed carabiners. Two balls of 450 g each are delivered and the board is suitable for women and men, beginners or experienced players.
When you train with the board, your muscles must constantly balance out the imbalance that occurs. This intensively promotes your hip and leg muscles as well as back, abdominal, shoulder and arm muscles and leads to a healthy posture with regular use.
